Dorothy passed away of natural causes in Ventura County. She was born in Los Angeles, to C.G. "Max" Maxwell and Dorothy T Maxwell. Raised with her sister Neenah in the San Fernado Valley. Attended Van Nuys High School, straight A student and President of the Honors Society. Earned a full scholarship to Stanford University. She graduated with a degree in Interior Design from Woodbury College in LA. She and her husband, Patrick F Lynch started thier own design firm called Maxwell-Lynch Interiors. She had four children, Kathleen and Karen (twins), John and Kenneth. 9 grand children, and 13 great grandchildren. Dottie preceded Pat in death. They will be buried at a later date together in their plot in Montecito, CA. They were inseparable for 67 years, and they will stay united at rest forever in spirit. She will be remembered by all, for her loveliness, kindness, thoughtfulness and her generosity.
